Daiso Haul

So Daiso's like the greatest place!!! I think not just the fact that they have so many things to buy, but more of the joy one gets when one finds something totally not on the list yet totally applicable :) Well I've been reading posts from Mini Mo and many other awesome bloggers, and so I decided to go to Daiso, give myself a budget and see what i can get :)

Oyumaru! At first I wanted to grab those at Garies, but I refrained my itchy fingers cause Rui said there were cheaper ones at Daiso. At the same time I was afraid I might not be able to find them at Daiso. I rushed straight to the clay section and did not find them. Don't make the same mistake, check them out at the stationery section (If You are at the IMM Outlet, I'm not very sure for others). Well, I tried them out and I'm pretty satisfied. It's remoldable, so absolutely perfect so failures like me >< I use the cap of those paint bottles and made a mini cupcake mold ;) Took me like 7 tries! I might do a review on it (If I rmb!)

I restocked on Daiso Clay, as i think its better than modena soft clay :D Although it's not waterproof, I still like the touch to the hand. I bought white cause I had a budget >< Well, I'm going to Daiso AGAIN (but to a different one) so I'll see how it goes!

Magnets! I'm quite doubtful of its stickability, and i tried it out 3, one for my own, one for my godmother's pressie, and one for a friends order. I hope it does'nt fall out! If its good, its really worth the money and its so much more convenient!

I found these at the baking section :D Took me like 20 mins to figure out which type. Well, there were different sizes! Its flexible so I'm thinking of either wetting adc and pouring it into the mold, or wet fimo and pour into the mold and bake it. I chose this size cause it looked big enough to make the name card clipper, but not too big to waste clay :X

Wires! They are for a project I saw from the project book I got from Garies :D Its actually those Calenders where you have to change the dates everyday. It's going to take up like ALOT of clay, but I guess I can use up the modena clay cause its like the only thing I am gonna let it do :) I'll keep it a secret, but its going to be something SWEET!

The sponge pic won't come out, but I bought 10 sponges for $2! I wanted to get the 20 sponges pack, but they are disposable ones. But I wasn't willing to spend $1 for 1 sponge, so I bought the not disposable but not as long lasting one. I think its fine, its not like I'm using it on my face right?

All the items are kept in a box, which is one of those I-did'nt-really-expect-to-buy-but-i-am-happy-to-find-it stuff :D Its called a model box, and slightly out of dimensions (its too long in width) but its the best I can find. One this size would have cost $26 at tinkleart and although I have to touch up and add in the dividers, its really a steal! Moreover I get to have fun and feel like I saved alot of  money :) It looks really big, and I'm questioning if its 1:12. I don't get the whole size thing, so usually when I made something, I'll see what are the sizes of others, and try to reason it out :)

Sorry I don't have anything to show, but currently working on a 1:12 Macaron Tower to put on top of the bakery shelf! I finished half of it (I did'nt make enough macarons).

Happy CNY and Holiday. Back to school tomorrow :)

XOXO,
Moo Moo Cow ^^
