I LIED! i got to doing some clay.... and here's some photos!

Haha! No time to caption but basically the starbucks brown part is made from the artista! which i found to be kinda annoying and too gooey to be whipped cream :(

I like the way the blue cream was piped!

I don't know if you can see it but its supposed to be piped shells! Took me a couple of tries to get the whole cake nicely piped with the blue stuff :D

Silicon Molds!

$3.50 Silicon! Haha bought the cheapest I could find :>

Contact lens cases that were created containers~!

E.g of some masters. A cupcake base, a pineapple slice and waffle!

Squeeze in some silicon~

Place the Master

Let them dry for some time.

Pick them out and trim! This one is a cookie one :D

This is a strawberry slice (You can't see the details but they're beautiful stuff!

Anyways, some stuff I learnt:

1) Polymer CLay will make better masters. I used ADC for the masters and most of them stuck to the mold and I couldn't separate the two :/

2) Be patient! Wait for the silicon to actually dry. Some of mine ripped apart because they weren't dry yet!

I haven't finished making all of them yet, so I will post more updates on this!

These are some prototypes for my next project which will center around breads and puffs! Pretty excited cause they're going to be really tiny and cute :D

Decoden

Hope you're happy I made new stuff! Been on a mass cabochon frenzy! Not that i made tons but much more productive than my usual 5-10 for just one project. So I just whipped out my whipped cream (pun intended) and started deco-ing everything! HAHA. So I now have zero whipped cream :/ (and I have no daiso clay /pulls hair/)

HAHA i made around two sheets of these? NOT BAD! Cause my mold is not flexible so I have to wait for my ADC to dry slightly before using a toothpick to pick them out :/

(speaking of which anyone knows where to get nice kiwi canes cause sophie and toffee's ones are weird)

Rather large donuts~ LOVE the feathered donut to max plus I did it in one shot :)

Both look quite realistic so Im more than happy. The last time i did feathering for a 1cm donut it too me 5-6 times. This donut is around 3-4cm in diameter? MUCH EASIER!

Cookies! Got lazy with the donuts cause I had to detail the rim of the donut so I did what i know best!

PREP BOARDS! Donuts are 7-8 mm in diameter, very very tiny :)

I also made an effort to detail the rims cause I thought since its a miniature might as well try my best :3

Pink one has chocolate drizzle, green one is mint chocolate chip, blue one is frosted with coconut sprinkles and yellow one is also drizzled with chocolate. YUMM!

Chocolate Chip Cookies! Around the same size as the donuts! nicely browned :)

The other donut prep board.

One has nuts, one has hundreds and thousands and one is plain choc. its supposed to have coconut sprinkles but it disappeared (sank into the sauce) :/ in fact the hundreds and thousands also sank a little :(

ARGGHH i can't capture the rims of the donuts :/

miniatures are hard to capture :/

i didn't know what to put at the side to complete the board so i put a small plate of the sprinkles used to decorate the donuts :')

as for the charms... probably list as a necklace charm /make into a bracelet... can't wait to make more feathered donuts :D 

not sure what to make next round. was supposed to make macaroni prep boards too but i realised polymer clay don't work well with molds in 1:12 so Imms have to buy more daiso clay/adc from tinkle art which i am quite lazy to so see first? anyways i want to get back to deco den cause my good ol whipped cream is drying. sorry for blabbering and byeeee!! try to post as soon as possible :)
